The Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency, DSVA, says it received thirty three thousand and nine cases of domestic and sexual violence between September 2021 and July 2026. The Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Lawal Pedro, who was represented by the Executive Secretary of DSVA, Lola Vivour-Adeniyi, stated this at a media parley held at the Press Centre, Alausa Ikeja. The Lagos Waste Management Authority, LAWMA, says it is adopting a more systemic approach to tackling recurrent waste blackspots across the state, combining intensified waste evacuation with improved collection services, enforcement, infrastructure upgrades and community engagement.
