The Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has announced that the state government received a new set of twenty four-car trains to strengthen the Lagos Red Line fleet.
According to him, the twenty four-car trains would improve capacity, reduce wait times and make daily commuting easier for Lagosians.
“This will improve capacity, shorten travel times, and improve daily commuting for Lagosians”, Sanwo-Olu said.
The Governor said the state government remains focused on its goal on building a transport system that was efficient and reliable for everyone.
“A new Lagos transport system that is efficient and reliable for everyone” Governor Sanwo-Olu stated.
